We will provide a full refund (including shipping) if:
- The item is damaged upon arrival and we are unable to fix or replace it.
- The item was incorrectly described in website listing.
- The item is found to be defective and we are unable to fix or replace it.
We do not provide refunds if you have changed your mind on the purchase.
Refunds will be processed via the method of payment made.
- Refunds to a bank account, we will need you to provide your banks account details so we can process your refund, there are no processing fees for refunds to a NZ bank account.
- Refunds to credit cards will incur a processing fee deduction on refunds.
Please be aware that bank clearance times vary and there may be some delay before funds appear in your account. We will provide you a copy of the refund receipt once it has been processed.
If your item has arrived and is faulty, damaged or not working as intended, please notify us as soon as possible. Please email us with a photo that clearly shows the item's damage/fault and any damage to the packaging. Once you have notified us, we will arrange for the return of the item for assessment. Once we have confirmed the damage or fault, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Please ensure your order is put back in the original packaging when you return it to us so we can see how it was packed. This aids us with the assessment of the refund/replacement claim.
In the event that items returned to us claimed to be faulty are in fact found to be in full working order, you will be liable for any extra shipping costs incurred to return the item back to you. Please ensure you have undertaken all recommended testing suggested by us before returning the item.
We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 10 working days for the returned item to be received and assessed.
If there are items missing from your order please notify us immediately. You will need to provide photographs of the received order in its packaging to help determine if the missing items are a result of a picking error at our end or interferance during the shipping process.
We do our best to ensure orders are picked and packed correctly, in the rare event we have made a picking error and you have received incorrect items please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. A prepaid courier ticket or bag will be sent to you so the item can be returned at our cost. We will dispatch the correct item upon receiving the incorrect items back.
The above Returns and Refunds Policy and the other terms of sale are subject to your rights under the Act. If you are buying the item for business purposes, you agree that the Act does not apply. You also accept that the Act does not apply if you are buying the item for the purpose of re-supplying them in trade or for manufacturing or repairing in trade.
